Entity Levels
Entity levels are mainly used when setting up new users. You can link companies and accounts to a user.
- Selected User In this section you be able to view the user selected from the previous screen, displaying the same information from the User Access Level Maintenance screen for information purposes only.
- Companies In this section you will be able to view the linked entities/companies of the selected user, the last column in the table will be checked.
- At the top of this table the option to set a single Signature Group for all the entities/companies along with their linked accounts of the selected user will be available.
- Customer Number: The CIF number from the core banking system, read only.
- Corporate Administrator: A check box to give corporate administrative access.
- Customer Name: The customer names from the core banking system, read only.
- Select: A check box to select the entities/companies that you would like to link to the selected user. A Select All option at the top of this column will be available to select all available entities/companies.
- Account Level In this section the linked accounts of the selected user will be checked in the last column of the table.
- Select: A check box to select the accounts that you would like to link to the selected user. A Select All option at the top of this column will be available to select all available entities/companies.
- Click Save. Click Back to return to the User Access Level Maintenance screen.
