User Details
This screen is for corporate administrators to maintain the details of their users.
Access Level Tab
- Customer Select from the list. All the accounts linked with this user will be displayed.
- Access Level: Select the access level. Access levels are set on the user's account.
- Signature Group: Select the signature group. Signature groups are set on the user's account. You cannot set a signature group on accounts that are View Only or Input Only.
- Daily Limit: This is the daily limit for the user's account in the currency of the account.
- Select row to copy: In order to copy an Access Level to all or specific accounts included in the table of this tab, you will need to select a row using the Select row to copy check box. Note you will only be able to select one option in this column.
- Select row(s) to apply: After selecting the row to copy, you need to Select row(s) to apply to apply the selected Access Level. A Select All option at the top of this column will be available to select all accounts/rows. Click Apply to Selected.
- Click Save Temporary it you have more changes to make. Click Save for Activation if you have completed your changes.. Click Search Customer to return to the User Access Level Maintenance screen.
User Profile Tab
- You can change the user details as required. The user name and user type are displayed for information purposes only.
- Daily Limit: This is the daily limit a user can transfer in the base currency of the system.
- Click Save Temporary it you have more changes to make. Click Save for Activation if you have completed your changes.. Click Search Customer to return to the User Access Level Maintenance screen.
Token Tab
This tab is for assigning a token device to the user for authentication of certain processes in the Internet Banking using hardware tokens.
- Token Type: Select hard token.
- Using the search icon, search for the serial number of the hard token device you wish to assign to the user.
- Click Save Temporary it you have more changes to make. Click Save for Activation if you have completed your changes.. Click Search Customer to return to the User Access Level Maintenance screen.
