User Access Level Maintenance
Through this screen corporate administrators will be able to maintain their users and the user access levels. There are a few different flows within this menu option.
Entering this screen the corporate administrator will be able to first search all their users and then assign the entities/customers managed by them.
Process Options
- Search Criteria: The following search criteria will be available for searching users:
- Customer
- User ID
- First Name
- Last Name
- Deleted flag Check the Deleted Flag to search for users that are disabled, a user is never actually deleted from the Internet Banking.
- Enter your search criteria and click Search.
- To create a new user click Create New.
- Status This will be the status of the users and can be one of the following options:
- Created: The user was created by the corporate administrators and the online registration link was sent to the user.
- Pending for Setup: The user has completed the online registration form and their access rights need to be set up (through the entity levels Quick link)
- Pending for Activation: The user has been created and has been setup and they are ready to be Activated by the corporate administrators.
- Active: The user was activated by the corporate administrators.
- Inactive: The user was deactivated by the corporate administrators.
- Pending for Approval An icon (exclamation mark) will be displayed there will be two different coloured icons. One to denote there are changes that need to be approved by a second corporate administrator of the same corporate entity before the changes take effect.
- Approval Process By clicking on the exclamation mark the system will open a separate screen displaying the changes made by the corporate administrator which need to be approved by a second corporate administrator. The administrator can Approve or Decline the changes.
